Deal Air Liquide sold ETSA to Intertek. ETSA is a French oil testing and inspection service provider for oil & chemical companies and traders

What we did:

  • Prepared the business for sale, including mapping out and provide solutions to potential carve-out issues
  • Provided day-to-day support to the Air Liquide teams to close the deal with an international buyer (internal and external marketing, valuation, identification and management of relations with buyers, assistance to legal documentation drafting and negotiation)
